Meditation:
Many atheists today claim that the immensity of outer space disproves the existence of God. Why would a God care about a tiny creature in a tiny portion of the universe? However, the Psalmist gives us a very different picture. The heavens proclaim the glory of God. However many billions of lightyears wide the universe is, God is still infinitely greater than that. Recent scientific discoveries in astronomy are not a reason for disbelief, but for even greater praise of the infinite Creator.
Psalm 19:1
The heavens are telling the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims his handiwork.
Prayer:
Christ is risen from the dead,
By death trampling down on death,
And to those in the tomb,
He has granted life!
